World Trade Center

Creating a world of opportunities

In 1998, lower Manhattan was experiencing a corporate exodus to midtown. To retain and attract tenants, the World Trade Center launched an aggressive leasing program and trade campaign. To stimulate retail sales at its many food and retail establishments, a series of popular events transformed the World Trade Center into a bustling cultural hub for “suits”, families, and village types alike.

This page is dedicated to the memories of all who made the World Trade Center a thriving community and beacon of success.
