While competitors emphasized new at-home dialysis options, Fresenius Kidney Care positioned itself as the company that cared for the “whole patient.” The approach: a “total care” website that offered information on all dialysis options for every stage of CKD, and connected patients to comprehensive support services. I was one of the lead writers to produce this massive site in less than 3 months. Today, the website is the go-to “hub” for all things kidney care.
